- Working on things that deliver zero discernible value or impact.
- Long waffly meetings with no purpose.
- Needlessly retreading old ground.
- Being constantly interrupted whilst trying to focus on task.
- Having to juggle too many competing priorities.
- Being told rather than being asked.
- Feeling tired / worn down / burned out.
