When do I feel most unproductive? Following Paul’s lead, here’s my list.

  • Working on things that deliver zero discernible value or impact.
  • Long waffly meetings with no purpose.
  • Needlessly retreading old ground.
  • Being constantly interrupted whilst trying to focus on task.
  • Having to juggle too many competing priorities.
  • Being told rather than being asked.
  • Feeling tired / worn down / burned out.
