Weekly Braindump is a curated list of things I’ve worked on, thought about, read or listened to during the last 7 days.
I’ve been working on…
- Digital Transformation — lots of discussions about what we’re doing to make ourselves fit for purpose in the digital age. That’s spun off some really interesting conversations with colleagues. Hoping the momentum continues in the New Year!
- Frantically trying to wrap up as best I can before I head out of the office for 2016.
- I’ve been using a combination of Trello & Kanban to try and chip away at outstanding bugs/usability problems in two recently launched systems. It’s made me appreciate how hard it can be to focus on improving and simplifying — particularly when some changes are in the hands of an external third party.
I’ve been thinking about..
- Where do you start with digital transformation? To try and put my thoughts into some sort of coherent order, I decide to write a post about it which you can read here : https://neiltamplin.me/what-are-we-doing-about-digital-8e079b4893c9#.nkak8b54f
I’ve been reading…
- There are benefits of working less and thinking more. But first we’ll have to knock all those back to back meetings on the head.
