Happy Friday. We made it! This is going to be a short one!

I wrote a post pulling together some experiences from getting started with customer journey mapping. It’s definitely not perfect as it’s a pragmatic take on what I can do with available resource at the moment, but my main aim was to demonstrate the value of the method in designing services for humans and all their wonderful idiosyncrises.

I’ve also been mulling over how different professions map to the technology stack. Does this look right to you? Someone mentioned that a Business Analyst & Developer should be mindful of user experience, which I’m inclined to agree with.
